We will propose profile/spectrum tests for managers, executives, and employees, as well as the number of training sessions, based on your company's needs. Since we want to see this system adopted by many companies, we are flexible in accommodating the content and number of training sessions according to your company's budget. How long does it take to complete the training?

During the first month, we will confirm your company's requests and conduct tests for everyone. The content and frequency of training will be determined based on the test results. Most companies put together training over a period of around 3 to 6 months. After that, depending on your requests, we will provide training for executives, new graduates, and new employees when they join the company.

How is it different from other assessment tools?
